What We Do

Please ask about Our Concierge Wellness Program which is an alternative plan to health insurance. Concierge medicine is defined as a form of health care in which a patient pays their doctor an annual retainer or fee in exchange for improved access and service. This form of practice is smaller, which results in more personalized and supportive care.

Screenings are tests and questionnaires that look for diseases/conditions before you have symptoms. Screenings can find diseases/conditions early, when they're easier to treat. We offer screenings for diabetes, cholesterol, thyroid disease, anemia, hepatitis C, and hypertension.

Brown Family Medical Mobile Services, PLLC. will review your medical history, conduct a visual evaluation, and refer you for additional testing and diagnosis as needed. Following the session, the provider will prepare a completed medical examination report form as part of your commercial driver's medical certification.

The Department of Transportation (DOT) requires commercial motor vehicle (CMV) operators to have the DOT physical exam to maintain their driver certification. The DOT deems professional drivers who operate commercial vehicles of five tons or more as 'safety-sensitive' because they can affect both their safety and the public's safety. Drivers must provide periodic physical examination reports to maintain compliance and continue working. Certified Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) medical examiners can perform the DOT physical. Your exam given by Brown Family Mobile Medical Service, PLLC. follows the specific guidelines of the FMCSA to ensure that commercial drivers are in satisfactory health and able to work safely.

Sports physical for all ages to determine health and readiness for participation whether previous injuries, conditions that predispose to individuals to new injuries, or diseases that impact general health exist.

You can discuss symptoms, medical issues, and more with a healthcare provider in real time using video, online portals, and email. Using telemedicine, you can receive a diagnosis, learn your treatment options, and get a prescription. In cases where it’s necessary, healthcare providers can even monitor readings from medical devices remotely to keep an eye on your condition.

Our Mobile testing is considered a concierge service, as it is personalized to your scheduling needs and performed in the comfort of your home .
